Ideally located and perfectly Parisian in hospitality, Hotel Belfast provided us an outstanding, comfortable accommodation for our short stay in the City of Light. It is a lovely historic lodging that exudes old world European charm in its interiors, but more importantly in its service. The front desk is staffed at all times, guests requesting room keys upon arriving and leaving room keys when exiting; so very old world in this modern touchless age. The hotel staff warm and engaging, a special note of gratitude to Benoit, went above and beyond to meet all of our needs from providing the best room for our party of three, securing the hottest ticket in town, scheduling airport transportation, lighthearted conversations, etc. We always felt safe, secure and looked-after. Our stay included the breakfast package which proved to be quite convenient and a great value. Madame cheerfully greeted us each morning and prepared our pots of cafe au lait, delivered to our table with a basket of fresh, delicious croissants and baguette; the traditional European style breakfast items was complete, and fulfilling to get the day started. Although we made it work, even the "superior" room was best suited for two people; finding our initial room too tight, with inadequate storage space we were able to move to a similar room with a queen bed and fold-away ottoman. A large armoire (rod & shelves) was the primary clothing storage, additionally one luggage rack, two night stands and table/desk were the only furnishings so unpacking fully was not practical. Bathing was very European as well in that a soaking tub & hand-held shower set-up worked best to prevent flooding the floor. The soaking tub was also a plus after all the walking and climbing necessary to get around in Paris! Americans don't often take the time to enjoy a good soak. The Hotel Belfast main floor was undergoing a beautiful cosmetic improvement, expertly executed by Italian artisans; this did not in any way impede on our stay. Look forward to seeing the project when completed; it will be quite stunning. Our heartfelt Merci Beaucoup to the Hotel Belfast. We would not hesitate to stay with you again!

This hotel is lovely a very Parisian feel to it rooms are nice air con plus a little fridge. Breakfast is simple tea/coffee pastries and cereal. The staff were so lovely willing to help with everything you need. The hotel is next to the arc de triomphe which is great. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are going to Paris.

Positives - Excellent location for touristy stuff. Underground tube is also right outside. And local corner shop for foods/drinks just outside. Overall hotel room was clean. Fridge and air con worked. Staff are nice. Negatives - Triple room is basically just a double room with an extra folding bed put in. So this made very little room space. We didn’t get view of Arc De Triomphe (despite requesting in booking). Instead our room faced inside alley. I believe only 3 rooms out of 8 rooms got view of Arc De Triomphe (on our floor). Air con did work, but started leaking water into bathroom on second and third night. Bathroom door did not close properly. And shower in bath tub is really awkward to use (especially if you tall). Awkward because of its location on wall and little space. Overall, maybe ok for single visitors and couples. But I not sure for family with small kids given little space and problems with bathroom/air con. That’s why I gave low rating

It's just a few steps away from the subway. You can see the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe from the room. You can walk to the Champs-Elysees Avenue. The hotel staff are very warm and considerate. They arranged a great retro, clean and comfortable room for us. It is the best in Paris Stay, Best Birthday Surprise Unforgettable Memories! ! My daughter and I enjoyed our 7 night stay very much. The hotel was perfect for our needs. Its a small establishment with old-world charm and decor, except for the bathrooms which have been fully modernized. At first we were concerned that the room might be noisy as we were facing the Avenue but the windows do a fantastic job of sound proofing and we liked looking out at the lively street scene. The room and bathroom were very clean; the beds were firm but not overly so, and comfortable. There could have been more storage space in the room for clothes and personal effects although for a shorter stay this might not have been an issue. As others have mentioned, the location is one of the hotel's major assets, with the metro literally at the corner and the Champs Elysee just a few minutes away by foot. The staff at the desk - Benoit and Manuel especially - were always gracious and very helpful. All in all, we were more than happy with our choice of hotel for our Paris trip.
